Rosemary is a perennial plant with wonderfully aromatic stems and leaves, commonly used in meat and fish dishes.
It’s a woody shrub that grows to about 1 metre tall. Attracts many bees, and its leaves stay on the plant through winter.
The flowering tips are often used to make medicinal tea (sweetened with honey).
